Peaceful night! The builders are continuing to Yeso the outside walls and today for the first time we have electricians on site together with Carlos. It’s funny but the colour that we want the outside walls to end up is slightly off white, not so garish in the sun. We have taken photographs all over the place to try to show Dario the off white that we want and now we have found that the Yeso that they are putting on the walls is exactly the off white we want. The balustrades and the roof cornice we want in white but the walls we want off white. Problem solved.
There has been no stairway problem resolution as yet.
After the builders have kept coming down for more and more agua (water), I thought that I had better dip the hebe (water tank) to see how much we have left from our last tanker load of 18000ltrs. We can only run down to about 5000ltrs because of the pump so when I dipped the hebe yesterday and found only 8000ltrs left we had to take urgent action. Well we have just had delivered a tanker load so we are now back upto 23000ltrs once more. We couldn’t have the builders taking their water wings home because of no agua, now could we?

Looking good - well it was until the pictures dried up. I love the door on Saturday's blog - the front one I presume.

Stop complaining about a bit of wind. At least you get decent weather in between. We just seem to get mostly wet.

Love to you both

Cathy

'Tis indeed the front door, glad you like it. The builders did not prop it up overnight and it blew down. We'll be pleased when it's hung properly. I looked at it briefly and it does not seem damaged TG. It will look good with glass (the glass, behind the wrought iron, open up to allow the cool in).
Love to you and Brian
