I am writing the first part of this blog on Tuesday evening. We could not be really bothered to go dancing tonight because of the repetition of the lessons.
I have been in contact with Iberband today because of lack of signal strength on the internet. I told them that I have had this problem now for nearly six days. The English speaking technical advisor responded by saying that they have been trying to solve this problem in Almeria for six months‘. From technical HQ they can restore contact but can not say how long it lasts. It lasts for at least several minutes before we are back to low signal strength again. ‘We are sorry for the interruption to our blog continuity, normal service will be resumed ……eh…….manana‘.
Hey listen in! Elayne found another little poppy today, but she also found a ‘Fan Lipped Orchid’ (identified from our book) on our land. We are very proud of such ownership, but is it rare? Is anyone still in touch with Mike and Pauline Hay? Mike grew orchids at on time. We would love to know some more about it. Any experts out there?
We have solved the stair case problem with the builder ( by us coming up with a solution) and we hope that the agreed resolution will be not cost any extra money.
We sign on with the Spanish NHS tomorrow. We are collecting Mags for tennis and then meeting up with Jane (interpreter) to sign on.
